The Benefits of Music for Preschoolers
Offering music lessons for preschoolers not only allows them to express their creativity, it also provides a strong foundation for greater learning potential in the future. Research has shown that students who are exposed at a young age to a range of music education and training, show higher performance in special temporal reasoning which is useful in mathematical thinking. Learning musical rhythms aid the children in memory and math skills as well as reading and literature. We provide an hour of musical training a week where the children are exposed to a variety of musical instruments and musical genres on top of our daily music and movement curriculum.
